• Salary is paid on the 5th of every month even if that day is a national holiday or a Sunday.
• All types of norms in salary are followed as per government regulations and Labour Act; like PF, PSIC, PT etc.
• Free Mediclaim Policy to you and your family is given by the company after attaining Senior Business Associate Rank 3.
• Up to 15 percent discount for all Business Associates on all types of projects (Residential/Non-Residential) built by Valentina Industries Group of Companies.
